Returns & Replacements

- You must notify us within 14 days of delivery.
- You must ship the item back to us within 14 days of delivery.

Customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance.
- All items sent back for credit / exchange, must include in the original packaging; contain the warranty card(s), owner's manual(s), and all accessories included with the original shipment; and show no signs of wear or abuse. Otherwise the item will either be refused or subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee.

Ordering: Your order is important to us. If you are having difficulty with your order, please contact us so we can help! Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions: We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover card. Please contact us directly at 310.622.4461 if you are having problems placing an order.

Viewing Orders: If you register with us at time of check out, you will be able to log back in later to view your order and see tracking information. Without creating this account, you will not be able to see your order again.
Updating Account Information: Once you place an order, you cannot change the billing or shipping address that you used. Please contact us immediately if something has changed. If items have already shipped, we will not be able to make changes.
